Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply when you purchase, access or use VPN-Accounts.com VPN access and related account and support services. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and the acceptable-use requirements below.

VPN-Accounts.com is the customer-facing seller for purchases made on VPN-Accounts.com. These customer terms govern the purchase, pricing, subscription duration, payment, cancellation, money-back guarantee, account responsibilities and customer support provided through VPN-Accounts.com.

If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the service. The person who purchases or controls the account is responsible for activity conducted through it.

VPN-Accounts.com is the customer-facing seller of the VPN service. The underlying VPN infrastructure and VPNclient software are supplied through third-party services.

Use of the underlying network and client software remains subject to applicable technical, acceptable-use and network rules.

Each VPN-Accounts.com account is for one customer. Each customer VPN account supports up to 10 simultaneous connections.

You must not share account credentials with another person, resell access, or distribute access publicly. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for contacting Support if you believe they have been compromised.

The service is intended for lawful VPN connectivity. You must use it in a way that does not harm other people, the service, its servers or IP reputation, payment systems, or network reliability.

You must comply with applicable law and must not use the service to enable abuse, exploitation, fraud, attacks or other prohibited conduct described below.

P2P traffic is supported on the underlying VPN network. Customers remain responsible for complying with applicable laws, copyright rules and third-party rights.

You must not use VPN-Accounts.com for:

• child sexual abuse material, exploitation, or activity that endangers children;
• hacking, cracking, unauthorized system access, malware, viruses, botnets, credential theft, phishing, fraud, impersonation, or network sabotage;
• spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, spamvertising, or email abuse;
• unlawful harassment, defamation, obscene or otherwise illegal content;
• infringement of copyright, trademarks, or other third-party rights; or
• conduct that damages service reliability, servers, IP reputation, users, or payment systems.

VPN-Accounts.com may investigate reported abuse and take account-level action needed to protect customers and service reliability. Technical infrastructure operators may apply network and acceptable-use controls.

Provider controls may be manual or automated. Advance notice may not be possible where immediate action is needed to address serious abuse, illegal activity, fraud, exploitation or attacks.

A recurring subscription renews at the interval stated during purchase unless it is cancelled before the next renewal. The purchase flow identifies the plan price and billing period.

BlueSnap or PayPal may send payment and renewal notices for transactions they process. You are responsible for reviewing the billing interval selected at checkout.

You may cancel a recurring subscription through the payment provider used for the purchase or by contacting Support before renewal. Allow enough time for a support request to be handled before the renewal date.

Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not by itself establish eligibility for a refund of a completed payment.

VPN-Accounts.com offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the service does not meet your needs, you may request a 100% refund within 30 days of receiving VPN access. Contact Support with the account information needed to identify your purchase and request cancellation and a refund. The guarantee applies to accounts that comply with these Terms and the Acceptable Use rules. Lawful P2P or torrent use does not by itself affect refund eligibility.

Use the Support contact form to make the request. Do not include your VPN password, full card number or other sensitive credentials. You can also read the current Refund Policy.

Payments are processed through BlueSnap or PayPal. Those providers handle payment-card or payment-account details under their own terms and privacy practices.

VPN-Accounts.com may retain payment confirmation, subscription status and information needed to identify an order, but does not receive or store full payment-card numbers.

VPN-Accounts.com may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms or is connected to serious abuse, fraud, illegal activity, exploitation, attacks, confirmed account sharing, or conduct that threatens the service or others.

Where required or reasonably necessary to address serious misconduct, relevant information may be reported to a service provider, payment provider, or lawful authority.

Account, payment-confirmation and support information is handled as described in the VPN-Accounts.com Privacy Policy. Payment providers process payment details separately.

VPN-Accounts.com does not directly operate the underlying VPN servers. Published documentation for the underlying VPN infrastructure states that it follows a strict no-logs policy and does not log browsing history or websites visited, connection timestamps, user IP addresses, per-session bandwidth usage, or DNS queries.

VPN-Accounts.com may update these Terms as the service or its requirements change. The date at the top identifies the latest published version. Continued use after an update means the updated Terms apply to later use.

For an account, billing, cancellation, refund or acceptable-use question, use the Support contact form. Do not include passwords, full card numbers, or other sensitive credentials in a support message.
